Venlafaxine ( Effexor ) Venlafaxine ( Effexor ) a bicyclic antidepressant that inhibits the reuptake of serotonin, norepinphrine, and dopamine. This drug is used in the treatment of depression but is also used to treat OCD ( obsessive-compulsive disorder ) or Fibromyalgia ( FMS ).
