Definition
A form of schizophrenia that is characterized by marked psychomotor active, a variety of catatonic symptoms.

At least two of the following:
- Cataplexy.
- Increased motor movement with no stimuli.
- Mutism or extreme negativism.
- Posturing, grimacing, or stereotyped movement.
- Echolalia or echopraxia.
